James "keith" Tessneer is my nephew. he is surrvived by 2 brothers, joseph & Travis beatty. his parents are: Tammy Blackwood Towery, & James wesley Tessneer. he never married, but got engaged one month befor his death. Kieth was very loving, silly , & talented. he could sing beautifully, and play the guitar. hearing the news of his death was terribly shocking. he was only 20 years old. his family has lots of awesome stories of him. i love you keith, and i miss you. i'll see you soon in heaven one day.

VALE — James Keith Tessneer, 20, of 3206 Lynn Mountain Road, died Dec. 19, 2004. Funeral services were 11 a.m. today at Hudson Memorial Baptist Church.
Born in Lincoln County, he was a member of Shining Light Baptist Church in Morganton.
Survivors include his father, James Wesley Tessneer of Wilmington; his mother, Tammy Louise Blackwood Towery of the home; two brothers, Joseph William Beatty and Travis Dewette Beatty, both of North Brook; one sister, Angela Poole of Casar; and his grandparents, Dorothy and Clarence Blackwood of North Brook.
Stamey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
